Hello Garden Valley Families,

We have worked with the soccer club to create a plan for after-school dismissal for students participating in elementary sports.

Students may be released to practice as long as we have received parent/guardian permission before dismissal. Permission can be provided as a signed hard copy or electronically, but it must be received by the school before the student can be released to practice.

Please find the permission slip attached. Simply print, sign, and return it to the school, or email a signed copy to swinslow@gvsd.net.

If we have not received permission before dismissal, a parent or guardian will need to pick up their student from school and take them to practice.
