Garden Valley School District

It completely breaks my heart that we have kids on a daily basis skipping meals at school because their families cannot afford them, or they are not given money by their families, or whatever the reason. The reason they don't have funds is most likely beyond our control anyway.  If we were legally able to do so, I would use other funds to ensure no kid goes hungry at school. Unfortunately, we are unable to use other funds for this. So, our only recourse is to seek donations. That is why I have drafted this letter.
